Delivery Within SingaporeWe offer complimentary shipping for all orders above SGD 80 delivered to a Singapore address. For all orders below SGD 80, a flat rate of SGD 5 will be charged to all Singapore address.
For items with personalisation, it will take 5-7 business days upon confirmation.
For items without personalisation required, standard delivery will take 3-5 business days upon order confirmation.
International Orders
For international delivery, we will be happy to help you look into shipping cost, kindly email us your address and order for us to send you a quote.
For international shipping, a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
All customs and import duties at the destination are your responsibility and payable upon delivery to the carrier. If you refuse the package, you will still be responsible for the original shipping fee, any duties payable, and the cost of returning the package to us.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept any refunds.

Although we carefully check each item before shipping, it is possible that we may have missed something. We will assess any defects on a case by case basis. If the items show sign of normal wear and tear, we will not be able to provide an exchange. If an exchange is granted, your return shipping costs will be refunded in store credits with proof of e-receipt, up to a maximum of. We are not responsible for lost packages hence registered mail is recommended.
